Ingredients

1/2 Cup Peas
5-7 Mushrooms roughly chopped
1/2 cup Sweet Corns
1/2 Carrot minced
1 cup Broccoli florets (small)
1 Spring Onion minced
1/4 cup chopped Zucchini
2-3 tsp roughly Chopped Garlic
1 tsp Grated Ginger
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
To taste Salt
1 tsp Mixed Herbs
2 tsp Fresh Coriander leaves chopped
2 tsp Corn flour
as needed Water
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in pan. Add chopped onions, garlic and sauté them for few seconds on medium heat. Then add all the chopped veggies.
Step 2
Sauté the veggies for a minute or two. Add some salt, black pepperand chopped ginger.
Step 3
Add 2-3 cups of water. Add some mixed herbs. Let it boil.
Step 4
Cover it with lid for atleast 5 mins (medium low heat). After then you can add some corn flour slurry (1 tsp + 2 tsp of water), this is optional. Mix well and again cover it the lid for 1-2 mins (low flame).
Step 5
Vegetable soup is ready. Serve hot.
