Peanut Coriander Chutney: A North Indian Delicacy


Ingredients

  1. 2 tbsp Peanuts

  2. 1 1/2 Cup Coriander leaves

  3. 5-6 Garlic cloves

  4. 1 tsp Grated Ginger

  5. 1-2 Green Chillies

  6. 1/2 Tomato

  7. 1 tbsp Cumin seeds

  8. 1-2 tsp Red chilli powder

  9. 2-3 ice cubes or cold water

  10. Water as needed

  11. Salt as per taste

  12. 1/4 tsp Lime juice

  13. 1 tbsp Sugar



Cooking Instructions

Step 1

In a blender, add garlic cloves, green chillies, tomato, grated ginger.


Step 2

Add cumin seeds, salt, red chilli powder, ice cubes, coriander leaves, 1 tbsp of water and Blend.


Step 3

Now add the remaining coriander leaves, Peanuts and again blend.


Step 4

Now add sugar and lime juice. Mix well.


Step 5

And it's ready. You can serve this chutney with fritters/ Pakode, Vada or with any meal.
