Pan Fried Rice: A Quick and Easy Rice Recipe



Ingredients

1 serving

  1. 1 small bowl plain pre cooked rice

  2. 1/2-1 cup Beans, minced

  3. 1/2-1 cup carrot, minced

  4. 2-4 tbsp roughly chopped Garlic

  5. 1 onion, minced

  6. Black pepper

  7. Salt

  8. Water if required

  9. 1-2 tsp Tomato ketchup

  10. 2-3 tsp Soy sauce

  11. 2-3 tsp Ginger-garlic paste

  12. 1 tsp Red chilli powder

  13. 1 Green Chillies (as per your choice)

  14. 2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil

  15. 1/2 tsp Kitchen king

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in pan on medium-low flame. Add onion, green chillies and garlic. Sauté them for few seconds.


Step 2

Now add beans,carrots, ginger garlic paste and mix well.


Step 3

Now add red chilli powder, kitchen king powder, black pepper, salt, tomato ketchup, bit of soy sauce. Mix well. Sprinkle some water if required.


Step 4

After mixing everything well, now add cooked rice, bit of salt (if required), soy sauce.


Step 5

Combine / toss everything very well.


Step 6

Cover the lid for a minute (after covering the lid, turn off the flame).

Step 7

Your delicious pan fried rice is ready.
