Ingredients
1 serving
1 small bowl plain pre cooked rice
1/2-1 cup Beans, minced
1/2-1 cup carrot, minced
2-4 tbsp roughly chopped Garlic
1 onion, minced
Black pepper
Salt
Water if required
1-2 tsp Tomato ketchup
2-3 tsp Soy sauce
2-3 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 Green Chillies (as per your choice)
2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
1/2 tsp Kitchen king
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in pan on medium-low flame. Add onion, green chillies and garlic. Sauté them for few seconds.
Step 2
Now add beans,carrots, ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Step 3
Now add red chilli powder, kitchen king powder, black pepper, salt, tomato ketchup, bit of soy sauce. Mix well. Sprinkle some water if required.
Step 4
After mixing everything well, now add cooked rice, bit of salt (if required), soy sauce.
Step 5
Combine / toss everything very well.
Step 6
Cover the lid for a minute (after covering the lid, turn off the flame).
Step 7
Your delicious pan fried rice is ready.
