Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream: A Classic and Delicious Dessert



Ingredients

  1. 5-6 tbsp Milk powder

  2. 2 tsp Vanilla essence

  3. 1 tsp CMC

  4. 3 tbsp GMS

  5. 13 tbsp powdered Sugar

  6. 3 tsp Corn flour

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Add milk powder, cornflour, CMC, GMS in a bowl. Add 1/4 cup of milk to it. Mix well.

Step 2

Now add milk and sugar to the cooking pot. Bring it to a boil. Now simmer this for 5 to 6 mins. Then add the cornflour mixture and keep on mixing for 6-7 mins. This will start thickening.

Step 3

Let it cool, let it freeze in the refrigerator for at least 6-7 hours.

Step 4

After 6-7 hours, take the mixture out. If the mixture is too hard, let it rest at room temperature for about 5 minutes. After 5-7 mins, blend the mixture for at least 5-6 mins (with the help of a food processor or better). Add vanilla essence. Again blend the mixture for 2-3 mins. A smooth creamy mixture is ready.

Step 5

Now pour the mixture into a shallow container. Cover it with aluminum foil (to avoid ice crystals).

Step 6

Let the ice cream set for at least 5 to 6 hrs.

Step 7

Scoop and garnish it with some tutti-fruity, sprinklers, chocolate syrup, choco chips or any flavor of your choice. Serve and Enjoy !! 🍧🍨
