Homemade Apple Jam/Spread Recipe



Ingredients

  1. 2 Apple

  2. 1/4 tsp Salt or as required

  3. 1/4 tsp Black Pepper powder or little less

  4. 1/3 cup Sugar or as required

  5. 1 Lime juice

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Firstly, peel and grate these apples.


Step 2

Now in a kadhai, add grated apple, sugar and give it a mix.


Step 3

Then turn on the flame and stir. Sauté this mixture. Stir and cook till the apple becomes soft and sugar dissolves completely.


Step 4

Add some black pepper powder and stir.


Step 5

Add some salt. Mix well and turn off the heat.


Step 6

Add lime juice and mix. Serve this with any meal, parantha, Toast. You can also make Jam sandwich. Enjoy
