Ingredients
2-3 servings
2 packets HideAndSeek Chocolate biscuits
as required Oil or ghee for greasing
as required Chocochips
as required Sprinklers
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup Milk
1/4 tsp baking powder
Pinch baking soda
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First of all, grind hide and seek biscuits + 1 tbsp of sugar together and make a fine mixture.
Step 2
Transfer this mixture in a bowl. Then add 1 cup milk (in a small portions) and make a smooth mixture.
Step 3
Meanwhile, heat a Kadhai, add one cup of salt in it and spread it with the help of spoon or spatula. And place the stand in it. (As shown in the pic) and place the plate too. Important Note : Cover it with the lid and Preheat the kadhai at least for 10 mins on medium high flame.
Step 4
Now grease the muffin moulds with oil or ghee. Pour the mixture in the moulds. You can also add chocochips on top.
Step 5
Now open the lid of preheated Kadhai, place the filled moulds on the plate carefully, as the Kadhai is very hot. Now cover with lid. Let it bake for 20-25 minutes on low medium flame. After 25 minutes, open the lid and Check the muffins, with help of toothpick or knife if it comes out clean that means it's ready. Turn off the flame. Let it cool down.
Step 6
After few minutes, Now take out the muffins from moulds to serving plate carefully. Then start decorating as you like. These soft and delicious Muffins are ready to serve.
