4-5 tsp Sprouts
4-5 cucumber slices
Pinch Black salt or normal salt
Pinch Crushed black pepper
1-2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp Mixed herbs

Step 1
Spread each bread slice with olive oil. (Inside)
Step 2
Layer the onion slices, tomato slices, cucumber slices, sprouts. Add pinch of salt and pepper. Sprinkle some mixed herbs. Cover with another bread slice.
Step 3
Your healthy salad sandwich is ready.
