Healthy Salad Sandwich: A Nutritious and Delicious Sandwich Recipe



Ingredients

  1. 4-5 Onion slices

  2. 2 brown / multigrain bread slices

  3. 4-5 Tomatoes slices

  4. 4-5 tsp Sprouts

  5. 4-5 cucumber slices

  6. Pinch Black salt or normal salt

  7. Pinch Crushed black pepper

  8. 1-2 tsp olive oil

  9. 1 tsp Mixed herbs

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Spread each bread slice with olive oil. (Inside)

Step 2

Layer the onion slices, tomato slices, cucumber slices, sprouts. Add pinch of salt and pepper. Sprinkle some mixed herbs. Cover with another bread slice.

Step 3

Your healthy salad sandwich is ready.
