Dry Mix Vegetable: A Classic Indian Vegetable Recipe



Ingredients

  1. 1-1 1/2 cup Cauliflower florets

  2. 1 cup Beans, chopped

  3. 1-2 cup chopped carrots

  4. as required Fresh coriander leaves, chopped

  5. 1/2 Capsicum chopped

  6. 5-6 Paneer cubes

  7. as per taste Salt

  8. 1 tsp Kitchen king

  9. 1 tbsp Coriander powder

  10. 1/2 tsp Garam Masala

  11. 1 bay leave

  12. 1-2 tsp turmeric powder

  13. 1/2-1 tsp red chilli powder

  14. 2 cups tomato paste

  15. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

  16. as required Water

  17. 3-4 tbsp Olive oil or any oil

  18. 1 tsp Cumin seeds

  19. Pinch Hing/asafoetida

  20. 1/2 tsp chopped garlic

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add Hing and cumin seeds. Add chopped onions, garlic. Sauté them for few mins.



Step 2

Them add tomato paste and ginger-garlic paste. Stir well.


Step 3

Add all the masalas, stir well. After then add some water and salt. Mix everything well.


Step 4

Now add all the veggies, mix and cook them for few mins.


Step 5

Sprinkle or add some water and mix well. Cover the lid and let the veggies get cook for few mins on low flame.


Step 6

After then add paneer cubes and again cover the lid for a minute or two on low flame. Now turn off the heat.


Step 7

Your Delicious Dry Mix Vegetable is ready. Grate paneer cube on sabji. Serve hot with
