Chocolate Stuffed Cookies: A Decadent Dessert



Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup Butter

  2. 1/4 cup Sugar (Brown & Powdered)

  3. 1/4 tsp Vanilla Essence

  4. 1-2 tbsp Milk (room temp.)

  5. 3/4 cup maida/all-purpose flour

  6. 1/8 tsp Baking Soda

  7. Pinch Baking Powder

  8. 1/2 tsp Cocoa powder

  9. handful Choco Chips

  10. As needed Nutella

  11. 1 Dark compound Chocolate

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar together. Add vanilla essence to it. add milk to it and mix well.


Step 2

Sieve Maida in separate bowl. Then combine flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add the flour mixture to butter sugar mixture. Combine it.


Step 3

Divide the mixture into two parts. For the first dough, add cocoa powder & Combine. Add chocochips to both mixtures and chill this in refrigerator for 30 mins.


Step 4

After 30 mins, divide both the cookie dough in 5-6 parts, place 1 small piece of dark chocolate in the centre of each cookie and roll it.


Step 5

In Kadhai, add salt and place a stand. Then place the cookie plate. Cover the Kadhai with lid and preheat it.


Step 6

Transfer these cookies in preheated kadhai, cook these on low flame at least for 15-18 mins. Don't over bake these.


Step 7

Cool the cookies on wire rack (at room temperature). Cookies are ready to eat.
