Ingredients
15-20mins aprx. 1-2 servings
7-8 Broccoli florets
1 Tomato, roughly chopped
1/2 medium bowl Leftover Rice
1 Onion, finely chopped
3-4 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 Spring onion greens, roughly chopped
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Chilli sauce (optional)
Mixed herbs as per taste
Water
2 tbsp Any Vegetable Oil
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a pain at medium low flame.
Step 2
Add chopped onion, garlic, Spring onions. Sauté them for a minute. Add tomatoes, Broccoli, salt, black pepper. Mix well.
Step 3
Sprinkle some water, cover the lid and let them cook for 1-2mins on low flame.
Step 4
Now add all the seasonings, masalas. Mix well. Then add leftover rice, soy sauce, chilli sauce. Toss them well and it's ready.

Serve hot & Enjoy !! :)
