Aloo Tari Wale: A Classic Indian Vegetable Recipe



Ingredients

20-25 mins 1-2 servings

  1. 1 Potato, chopped

  2. 1 Onion, roughly chopped

  3. pinch Asafoetida

  4. 1 Tomato, finely chopped

  5. 1/2 Ginger, grated

  6. 1 tsp Cumin seeds

  7. Handful Fresh Coriander leaves

  8. 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

  9. 1 tbsp Coriander powder

  10. 1 tsp Garam masala

  11. 1/2 tsp Kitchen king masala

  12. As per taste Salt

  13. 1 tsp Maggi masala

  14. As required Water

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Add a pinch of asafoetida, cumin seeds, chopped onions, potato and a pinch of salt. Cook them for 2 minutes.

Step 2

Add chopped tomato, ginger, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, kitchen king, Maggi masala, some water and mix well.

Step 3

Cook them for few minutes and mix well. Add salt, coriander powder, garam masala, fresh coriander leaves. Add water as per requirement.

Step 4

Cover the lid, cook them for 5-7 mins.

Step 5

Aloo Tari Wale is ready. Serve hot with Chapati and curd.
