Ingredients

1 Potato, chopped
1 Onion, roughly chopped
pinch Asafoetida
1 Tomato, finely chopped
1/2 Ginger, grated
1 tsp Cumin seeds
Handful Fresh Coriander leaves
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp Kitchen king masala
As per taste Salt
1 tsp Maggi masala
As required Water
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Add a pinch of asafoetida, cumin seeds, chopped onions, potato and a pinch of salt. Cook them for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Add chopped tomato, ginger, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, kitchen king, Maggi masala, some water and mix well.
Step 3
Cook them for few minutes and mix well. Add salt, coriander powder, garam masala, fresh coriander leaves. Add water as per requirement.
Step 4
Cover the lid, cook them for 5-7 mins.
Step 5
Aloo Tari Wale is ready. Serve hot with Chapati and curd.
